I've been using it since July and it is great. And the Google Apps accounts too. Google is transitioning all Apps accounts to full Google accounts with all services available. And then when I couldn’t find an easy to remember number in my area code I realized it would be cool to find some memorable text, and Vicki seemed obvious (4-Vicki-411 0 ought to be easy for anyone to remember!).
