Sorry guys, Not to say that you haven’t been extremely successful, but I have to give us women a shout here!
Ladies, this should give you an extra measure of confidence, knowing that you have been naturally equipped with talents that will give you an edge in this industry!
You see, I think there has never been an industry so well suited for the natural talents of women!
Why do I say this? Well, some of you might already be shaking your heads, yes of course! But if you don’t know why I might be saying this, just think…
- We women LOVE building relationships. We thrive on making those bonded connections sooner rather than later, in a more direct fashion than men (we don’t have to talk about sports for three years before beginning to get to know one another on a personal level)And as we all know, network marketing is a relationship business! People want to buy from and be in business with people they know, like and trust. The team aspect of network marketing also benefits from this natural talent. Women love to bond in groups as well, and ensure that everyone has what they need.
This also leads to the most important factor for building long term successful businesses in network marketing, RETENTION! When you have built solid, trusting connections with people in your team, you will find they hardly ever leave.
- We often have the gift of GAB! If not at first then at least usually when we have established a relationship with someone. Women need to speak at least 10x the number of words than men in a day. This of course lends into the first point, it’s easier to build relationships when you actually TALK and express yourself! This talent helps when it comes to leadership, in the ability to organize and effectively communicate in groups.
- The gift of Gab also lends itself to writing, a key skill in marketing. I often struggle to keep a post under 1000 words! I am sure this doesn’t even cross the mind of most of you guys! Now ladies, we do need to be careful with this gift, as it can sometimes lead us to talking too much and scaring away our prospects! Remember, an air of mystery is sometimes an asset too!
- Through either evolution or our socioeconomic times we’ve grown to be incredibly adept at multi-tasking. This is especially important today with the internet, and in network marketing in particular. There are so many ongoing tasks in one day that it is an extremely useful talent, one I seem to observe that men do have a bit of difficulty with! Of course, they may have a better knack for focusing, so I’ll give you guys a point there
- We LOVE to solve problems and help people (oh, now wait a second, this is something that you guys love to do too!) Being able to solve the problems of your audience, your target market, is crucial to success in this business.
So now that I have you guys’ attention, you know you can be just as effective in most of these areas as we, but you might have to put a bit more concerted effort toward it than us women, who are born with a set of innate talents that when brought together create the worlds’ most wonderful networkers!
Just a thought to start the day

Thank You Martha!
Yes we are born networkers, aren’t we! So we can have a bit of fun with it too – men can be as good a talker as anyone, but I think our nurturing nature puts us out front in capabilities for this business!
Wishing you Tremendous Success!

Great summation! Using these traits helps us develop and grow personally as well, one of the awesome side effects of network marketing.
