You and I are much alike it seems! I do the exact thing, not a big fan of the cookie cutter systems (though I do see their value and have recommended some, particularly a free one that I know of, for people who really need it). And I too scroll down a page and if it’s 30 pages long guess what, click! LOL!

Really great article. I’ve signed up for a few of those, like MLSP and one by Jonathan Budd but I was in and out within my 30 days. Just not for me. I’m more of a growing by knowing type of gal. You are so on target regarding paralyzing with too information overload. Now if I click on a link I immediately start scrolling down to the bottom of the page…when I see that the darn thing is 30 pages long, I just close the page. The information you’ve given here is right on target. Thank you.

Great minds think alike Vicky.
Decide what you want to be and then become it.
Be a leader not a follower.
Find the 2 or 3 or 10 or 20 things that you need to become successful and then go and get them – one at a time.
Rather than trying to spin plates and learn the 20 things at once, set yourself a 20 week or a 20 month plan and spend one week, or one month or whatever it takes learning each thing methodically. You will achieve so much more in the same period of time.
Focus is everything. Picture a photograph – when the focus is right, the picture is perfect. When the focus is wrong, nothing is sharp or definable.
