This is a series of 5 minute videos which will teach you the basics of creating a simple, customizable Wordpress blog for free at Wordpress.com. These videos should help you to learn at your own pace, pausing, backing up, and repeating where you need to.
On each page there will be an option for you to save the video locally if you feel you may want to reply it a few times until you are comfortable with that topic, after which you may just delete it.
To begin with, think about your target audience and the content you wish to add that will provide value for them, and build a relationship of trust between you and your prospects.When you create the title of your blog, it is not permanent and can be changed later.
This first set of videos assumes that you have already gone to wordpress.com and created your user account, using a valid email address, and a user id and password that you can remember.

There is great support in the Wordpress.com forums area, and also has some more tutorial videos which are great if you want to explore that once you get comfortable with the basics.

PS – If you are interested, I used free software from Jing.com to create these videos, the free version allows you to create screen capture images and videos up to 5 minutes in length. They also provide an interface to Screencast.com to store and share your videos. I don’t need to provide a post on using these as they have great introductory instructions there!
PPS – Here is some sample HTML code that you can use for adding links into your Text Widget – just replace the href=” text with your own URL, and the text with your own text.

Sorry for commenting OFF TOPIC but what wordpress template are you using? It looks awesome.
Well it’s not entirely off topic here – being this post is about wordpress blogs, but this template you can find via the link on the bottom right – mandingo – it’s a free theme but I did some digging to find it, and had to install it myself (being I host my own wp site, I can do that, but I doubt you can do it on wordpress.com though I wouldn’t swear to it
