The majority of people fail because they aren't coachable, don't plug into the meetings or set appointments, don't make a written list, and get deflated when they get shot down right off the bat after getting all excited initially. I sit here in a company waiting for our 42nd round of layoffs in over 10 years now that our new company is about to take over the old one, and I'm not in the least bit worried.
